The Kentucky Derby is a stakes race, that will only allow three year old thoroughbred horses. It has always been run in Louisville, Kentucky, and will continue to run in Louisville. The race is known as the "fastest two minutes in sports". The Kentucky Derby is always run on the first Saturday of May. It is also the first, and most well known leg of the "Triple Crown" of thoroughbred racing. An estimate of 140,000 people attend the Kentucky Derby each year, and a lot more people watch it on television. The first year of the Kentucky Derby on record was 1875, and the winner was Aristides. In last years race, as you probably know, Smarty Jones won. The Kentucky Derby is only one of the great things to see in the fabulous state of Kentucky!
Alabama
Alabama State Park / Blue Springs State Park

This state park is lots of fun for the whole family. You can hunt, fish, see new things, and you can see a very beautiful view. Alabama residents are permitted to hunt in the Blue Springs State park, but if you are between the ages of 16-64 you would need an Alabama State hunting license.
Maryland

The National Aquarium in Baltimore is an amazing aquarium! This aquarium is located on the Chesapeake Bay and next to the aquarium is the Chesapeake Boat. This aquarium is beautiful and big. You can look at amazing sea creatures which you probably have never seen before.
