The Back to School Train Show held on Saturday, September 25, 1999 offered something special to all those who attended. There was a wide variety of vendors offering an amazing assortment of train paraphernalia and other goodies. There were platforms on display constructed by many railroad enthusiasts. Raffle and door prizes were one of the bonuses some of the lucky attendees walked away with. The food was great and the "Hillendale Drag Races" were certainly a popular attraction. A big thank you to Mr. Marinelli, the Hillendale Model Railroad Club, and all the others who worked hard to make the day a successful Hillendale Elementary School event.
