Meeting Report

   At our meeting, we talked about Read Across America Day. It will be March 2, 2002 but that is a Saturday so we will celebrate it on March 1, 2002.  Read Across America is a day to celebrate reading. It is held on Dr. Suess’ birthday because he was the first children’s story book author. We are working with Mrs. Beitler on the project.

   We voted on Class Theme Day for our fun day in February. Your class will  pick a theme and the other classes will guess your theme. We will know the date by our next meeting. We received a letter from Greenwood Elementary and they thanked us for the shoe box supplies. The letter will be hanging on the bulletin board
